INGREDIENTS:
oil - 3tbsp,
Garlic - 2 cloves,
beef - 50gm cut into small pieces,
salt to taste,
red chili powder - half tbsp,
black pepper - half tbsp,
carrot - 1cup,
Capsicum - 1cup,
soy sauce - 2tbsp.
This fried rice you can have any time as you like. But I prefer for breakfast or dinner.
